Share by Link Report Details

The Share by Link Report contains the following information:


Column	Description
Name	The name of the folder or document that was shared by link.
Type	The type of content that was shared: Folder or Document.
Link To Document	The link URL.
Created By	The name of the user who created the link.
Date Created	The date the link was created.
Link Recipients	The email recipients configured for the link, if applicable.
Link Expires	Whether the link has expiration enabled.
Expiration Date	The expiration date configured for the link, if applicable.
Security Method	The security method configured for the link: None, Password, or Email Access Code.
Rights	The rights configured for the link.
Share Id	The internal share ID of the link.
