Cancelling a Task

You can cancel tasks you have created. When you cancel a task, ShareBase notifies the assignee that the task has been cancelled. The assignee can no longer use the task to access the document.

To cancel a task in ShareBase:

  1. Select My Tasks in the navigation pane.
  2. Select the Created by Me tab.
  3. Rest your mouse pointer over the task you want to cancel, and then select Cancel.
    On mobile devices, tap the Cancel button on the task you want to cancel.
  4. Select Cancel Task when prompted.
