Signing In

To sign in to ShareBase:

  1. Enter the email address associated with your ShareBase account in the Email field.
  2. Click Continue.
  3. Do one of the following:
    • If prompted for your corporate credentials, sign in using your corporate user ID and password.

    • If prompted for your ShareBase password, enter your ShareBase password. To remain logged in until you sign out or your login expires, select Keep me logged in. Then, click Login.

      Note:

      The Keep me logged in option is not recommended if you are using a shared computer.

      If you forgot your password, click Forgot Password? For more information, see Requesting a Password Reset.

      If the email address you entered is incorrect, click Switch Account to provide a different email address.

    Note:

    Depending on your administrator's configuration of ShareBase, passwords may expire after a certain number of days. When a password expires, you are prompted to enter a new password at your next sign-in.

    Note:

    Depending on your system's configuration, you may be automatically logged out after a specified period of inactivity. You can remain logged in by remaining active in the application, or by clicking Stay Logged In when prompted.
