Requesting a Password Reset

If you forgot your password and cannot sign in to ShareBase, you can request a password reset.

To request a password reset:

  1. When prompted for your password, click Forgot Password?
    If the Forgot Password? option is not available, contact your system administrator.
  2. Enter the email address associated with your ShareBase account.
  3. Click Request Password Reset. Further instructions are sent to the email address provided.
    Note:

    If you do not receive an email from ShareBase, ensure that ShareBase is an allowed sender.

  4. In the email sent from ShareBase, click the link to reset your password. The Reset Password page is displayed.
  5. Enter your new password in the New Password field.
  6. Enter the password again in the Verify Password field.
  7. Click Reset to change your password and sign in with your new credentials.
