Viewing Created Links

You can view the details of a link that a user has shared externally.

To view the details of a link:

  1. Either open the Created Links administration view, or open the Users administration view and click on a user name. A list of links is displayed.
    For each link, you can see the name of the document or folder that was shared, the name of the user who created the link, the rights granted to the recipients of the link, and the date the link is configured to expire.
  2. You can click on the link to open and view the document or folder, as long as that link was created with the None Link Security option. If the link was created with the Custom Password Link Security option, you are prompted to enter the password before you can view the document or folder. If the link was created with the Email Access Code Link Security option, you are unable to view the document or folder.
  3. Click the View Recipients button to display the list of recipients to whom the link was sent, if any were specified when the link was created.
