Revoking a Link

You can revoke a shared link that a user has created. Revoking links can be useful if a document or folder is no longer relevant or if you suspect a link has been shared with unintended recipients. When a link is revoked, it can no longer be used to access the document or folder.

To revoke a link:

  1. Either open the Created Links administration view, or open the Users administration view and click on a user name. A list of links is displayed.
  2. Locate the link you want to revoke.
  3. Click the Revoke button if you want to revoke a link.
    You are prompted to confirm the revocation.
  4. Click Revoke to revoke the link.
