Completing a Task on the Current Document

To complete a task on a document:

  1. Open the document the task was created for. The task instructions are displayed in a dialog box at the bottom of the page.
    • To hide the dialog box so that you can view the document, select the Minimize button.

    • To display the dialog box again, select the task icon in the lower-right corner of the page.

  2. Select Approve or Deny.
  3. Select a comment to share with the creator of the task.
  4. If you selected Custom Comment, enter a comment in the field provided. Then, select Complete Task.
