Duration of Document Access

For the assignee, the duration of task-based document access may vary.

• If the assignee completes the task before its due date, then the assignee continues to have access to the document for up to 14 days after completing the task.

• If the assignee does not complete a task by its due date, then the assignee continues to have access to the document for up to 14 days after the due date.

The period of access may be shorter for tasks assigned to external parties, depending on link expiration settings configured by your administrator.

When a task is cancelled, task-based document access is revoked.
