Restoring Deleted Items

Deleted items can be restored to their original locations if necessary.

Note:

Items that have been permanently deleted are not displayed and cannot be restored.

To restore an item:

  1. Select Deleted Items from the navigation pane.
  2. Do one of the following:
    • Right-click an item, and select Restore.

    • Select the items you want to restore. Then, click the Restore button in the action toolbar.

    • To restore all items from the Deleted Items page, click the Restore All button in the action toolbar.

    If an item cannot be restored, check whether the item has the same name as another item in the folder or library where you are attempting to restore it. Each item at the root of a folder or library must have a unique name.
