Purging Deleted Items

Depending on your system's settings, you may be able to purge deleted items using the Deleted Items page.

CAUTION:

Once an item is purged, it cannot be restored. Purging an item also permanently deletes all activities logged for the item.

To purge deleted items:

  1. Select Deleted Items from the navigation pane.
  2. Do one of the following:

    • Right-click an item, and select Purge.

    • Select the items you want to purge. Then, click the Purge button in the action toolbar.

    • To purge all items from the Deleted Items page, click the Purge All button in the action toolbar.

  3. Click Purge when prompted to confirm.
