Reverting to Prior Versions of Documents

If you have the appropriate rights, you can make a prior version of a document the current version.

To revert to a prior version of a document:

  1. Open the document.
  2. In the information pane, locate the versions section.
  3. Click the View/add versions button. The versions pane lists all versions of the document.
  4. Click the drop-down arrow next to the version you want to make current.
  5. Click the Make Current button.
  6. When prompted, click Make Current. A new version is created from the prior version.
