Setting the Default Time Zone

The default time zone is used for times displayed in email digests and in downloaded reports that have been generated by ShareBase. Users can override the default time zone for their digests and reports by selecting a different time zone in their account settings.

To set the default time zone for your deployment:

  1. In ShareBase Administration, click Details.
    The Deployment Details page is displayed.
  2. Click in the field under Time Zone.
  3. Do one of the following:
    • Scroll to the appropriate time zone for your deployment.

    • Use the Filter Timezones field to filter the list, and then select a time zone.

    If the selected time zone is subject to daylight savings time, ShareBase will adjust the times accordingly when daylight savings time is in effect.

  4. Click Save.
